Villa Hades is build on a three levels and can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms.

 

The middle floor is a ground level.

When opening an entrance door, you will find a set of stairs that leads to the upper floor, where main bedroom area is located.

Each bedroom has its own private entrance connected to the air conditioned gym area set up with a floor to ceiling windows.

Here, while exercising, you can gaze at an endless blue of a Cretan Sea or admire a beautiful sunrises above the blue horizon.

Every bedroom has its own specious en-suite bathroom with shower, satellite flat screen TV, air conditioning, build in wardrobes, working space, a side table with a lamp and a floor to ceiling balcony doors, from which, except of one bedroom, you can access a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking sea view. Two bedrooms open to a direct sea view and one to a mountain sea view.

One bedrooms out of six has got a king size bed that can be also separated into two twin beds.

 

Another set of stairs will lead you from the main hall to the downstairs open plan living and dining area, one master bedroom and modern kitchen that directly accesses the pool.

Living Area consists of an air conditioned living area with comfortable leather sofas, a fireplace, 55” Smart TV and floor to ceiling windows.

Dining area combine a fully equipped specious kitchen, a bar table which 6 stools and a up to 12 people wooden design table.

Master bedroom consists of a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, smart TV, air conditioning, a matching wood framed standing mirror, a side table with a lamp, an Spa inspired bathroom with aero massage & hydro massage and a floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the pool area and the sea.

On this level you will find as well a hidden storage area room with guest toilet.

 

From this floor, you enter the outdoor area with a 17 meter infinity pool, a private partly roofed terrace with seating area, pool deck with sun lounges and a space for relaxing in shade, BBQ with stone oven and table that seats up to 8 people. A wall stone bench, next to the oven, with comfortable cushions is available to sit as well.

 

Next to the infinity pool there is an downhill path going to the private beach and to the turquoise waters of the Cretan Sea, located just 25 m away.

 

Just below the pool, following the pathway to the sea, there is a lowest floor consisting of an additional private apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area, bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Cancellations Policy


LOVELYDAYS CANCELATION POLICY - GUEST

 

Standard cancellation term applied to the properties in London :
Our standard rate, best for those whose plans are unlikely to change. If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of your stay, we will refund 50% of your booking. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking.

For example, a 50% refund cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to listing’s local check in time on the day of check in, otherwise we can’t refund your booking.

  • 14 Days prior
    Fri, Oct 23 3:00PM

For a 50% refund (except fees), a cancellation must be made fourteen full days prior to that listing's local check in time (as specified by the host) on the day the guest was expected to check in.

  • Check In
    Fri, Nov 06 3:00PM

If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent will not be refunded.

  • Check Out
    Mon, Nov 09 11:00PM

If the guest arrives and leaves early during their stay, the nights not spent will not be refunded.




Last minute cancellation term :
Last week booking rate (any bookings before the start of your stay within a week): If you cancel up to 5 days before the start of your stay, we will refund 50% of your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking.

For example, a 50% refund cancellation must be made 5 full days prior to listing’s local check in time on the day of check in, otherwise we can’t refund your booking.

GUIDANCE ON HOST CHARGES: Cancellation and Compensation


Cancellations up to the start of a Booking


In accordance with our standard terms and conditions for Hosts in our city, if a Host cancels a Booking, the Host is liable for all of the costs of the cancellation.

- The relocation costs of a Guest at an alternative Lovelydays property.

- The relocation costs of a Guest at a hotel if there is no alternative Lovelydays property available.


Inevitably, the earlier Lovelydays is notified of a Host Cancellation, the easier it is to find alternative accommodation for a Guest and to mitigate the costs of a Host Cancellation.

Charges relating to Property Issues


If you decide to cancel your booking up to a month before the first date of your reserved stay, we will refund 50% of the full value of your reservation already paid. If you decide to cancel within one month of the first date of your reserved stay, we are not able to refund any part of the amounts already paid for your reservation. We encourage all guests to make sure that they are fully aware of our cancellation policy prior to making a reservation.


If there is an issue with a Property that will affect a Booking including, but not limited to :

- A boiler breakdown : (no heating, no hot water)

- A bathroom or kitchen not functioning

- A pest infestation

- Construction work at the property or an adjacent property affecting the quality of the stay

- Key appliance doesn’t function (oven, sole TV)


It may be necessary to cancel a Booking and relocate a Guest or reduce the cost of a Booking or pay compensation to the Guest for the Property Issue.

Lovelydays will determine this cost.

In the case of Diplomatic issues, Lovelydays will be not able to cover any responsibility or cost, this has to be organized between guest and owner.


Owner payment policy : Owner payment will be process 30 days after guest check out. The owner payment will be not paid 6 months after payment date, in case of payment plan please contact us.

Rental Agreement

 

LOVELYDAYS RENTAL AGREEMENT


FOR PROPERTIES IN LONDON

 

This agreement is specifically incorporated by reference and made a part of the agreement between Guest and Lovelydays LTD, pursuant to which the guest has agreed to rent the property and accept the following detail during a duration of each stay.

 

  1. Security & damage deposit

The security deposit amount has to be given on the day of taking possession and will be returned back to the tenant after the departure, or may be used for the purpose of repairing damage for which the tenant is responsible for. This deposit will be applied toward any additional rent and any amounts owed for damage to or loss of the property. You will have to sign on damage deposit document at your arrival.

  1. Inventory of fixture

An inventory is establish in common and signed by the tenant and the representative of the property during your arrival and departure. Tenant will return the property to landlord in good condition. If the property is damaged while in tenant’s possession, tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair, up to the current value of the property.

  1. Home rules

During the stay in our property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply the Lovelydays home rules which can be found through Lovelydays website/and/or by other means such as email.

  1. Entry and inspection

Lovelydays LTD reserves the right to enter the Property at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection, to make repairs as necessary and for the purpose of cleaning the Property. If our team has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, we may enter the property without advance notice.

  1. Cancellation policy

Guests agrees not to assign or sublease the property or permit the use of the other Properties by other persons who are not the guests of the property.

Failure to comply any provision and/or term of this Agreement, Lovelydays LTD, at its option, may immediately terminate all rights of the guest and the occupants. No refund of any portion of the rental price shall be made and if any regal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all cost occurred.

  1. Changes to the Rental Agreement:

We may change this Rental Agreement from time to time and shall notify you of any such updates and revisions mainly through Lovelydays website.

  1. Rent Amount:

The full payment as to be paid 100% before the reservation, for a long period every month following agreement. For payment delay when you are inside the property, Lovelydays will charge 50 GBP for every 24H delay from the payment date. In case of missing payment, Lovelydays have the right to cancel your contract and remove you and your staff from the property.

FOR PROPERTIES OUTSIDE LONDON

GUEST HOME RULES

  • Arrival day

On the day of arrival the guests have to give us their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration. The lead guest will also need to fill out Lovelydays documents.

  • Occupancy

Guests agree that no more than maximum guests shall be permitted in the property during the stay, all of whom shall comply with the term and conditions imposed upon guest under Lovelydays policy.

  • Assistance and information

Lovelydays is available for the guests during your stay for any information and assistance you may need. We provides free service for stain removal, therefore please do not hesitate to contact us for the service and any further assistance.

  • Personal security

The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the property. Lovelydays will not be responsible in case of any disappearance, we advise the guests to always close the doors and windows when they go out.

  • Noise and residential amenity

The guests are kindly asked not to create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring Properties especially between 10pm – 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.

Moreover, guests will not host parties in the property that will be a cause of any disturbance including (but not limited to) dancing, playing loud music, and any kind of entertaining.

  • Pet allowance

Pets are allowed only with the permission of the property. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed. The guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

  • Weapon

It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the property.

  • Smoking

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the property. Therefore the use of tobacco, including smokeless tobacco products, and legal smoking products are prohibited.

  • Departure day

On the day of departure the guests have to leave the property before the check-out time. The guests have the obligation to leave the property in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
