Villa Dies is a wonderful two-storey luxury villa, overlooking the sea and surrounded by large terraces. The outdoor infinity pool, set against the sea, framed by two centuries-old maritime pines, and equipped with hydromassage seats, is the perfect place to relax, immersed in the scent of the surrounding flower garden.

All of the rooms are panoramic and enjoy an impressive view over Marina del Cantone and the “Li Galli” islands.

 

Villa Dies, around 200 square meters in size, with its elegant, classy design and panoramic terrace gardens descending towards the sea, is fitted with lifts, enjoys a private descent to the sea (also accessible via a private cable car), private parking, air conditioning with an innovative circulation system, heating, and free Wi-Fi.

 

The villa looks out over the sea. As a result, the view from the amazing infinity pool is pure sea and sky. It’s a view which, with the enchanting sight of Marina del Cantone and the “Li Galli” islands, unleashes the desire to dive into the transparent water of thousands of colours, as you imagine meeting the Sirens who once lived there.

You can get straight to the beach either by private cable car, or by foot, enjoying a pleasant and scenic walk.

 

Through the various terrace gardens, down the stone steps, lined with panoramic terraces (furnished with chairs, loungers, outdoor showers, and covered gazebo) and gently descending facing the sea, you’ll enjoy the intense green colour of the grassland and the scent of the abundant and colourful flowers all around.

 

From the photos you can appreciate the elegance with which the large living room and six bedrooms have been furnished. Living in this house you will feel the love that the owners have put into the attention to detail, the beautiful taste, and the luxurious harmony they have managed to create.

 

The villa boasts large outdoor spaces of around 500 square meters overall, which allows you to enjoy maximum privacy.

 

You won’t need a car to stay at the villa, but if you arrive by car you’ll be able to park for free in the private parking area inside the gate.

You reach the villa from the parking area and the entrance gate either by taking the private lift, or by climbing up an outdoor staircase of around 30 small steps. The parking is for 2 cars.

 

The private infinity pool is positioned directly overlooking the sea, fitted with hydromassage seats, and is 3.9 m wide, 9 m long, and from 1.2 to 1.7 m deep. The grass border looking over the pool is furnished with sun loungers and fitted with a hot outdoor shower. From the pool you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, Marina del Cantone, and the “Li Galli” islands. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October and is accessed from the patio in front of the living room, up a wide staircase of just three steps made of Trani stone, which leads into the lawn garden overlooking the pool.

 

The terrace on the ground floor surrounding the villa is around 140 square meters in size. The area in front of the large living room is fitted with a fully furnished lounge area and a dining area. The dining area contains a large 3-metre table under a centuries-old olive tree. The area is also fitted with drapes to create a comfortable patio atmosphere.

 

The upper floor has a large terrace containing flower beds, from which you can access the bedrooms, which are all panoramic and furnished with taste and elegance.

 

The first bedroom with en suite bathroom has a double bed, a satellite television, a safe, minibar, air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet, shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and comes with complimentary bathroom products. From the bedroom you will have access to a large terrace with a spectacular view of the sea and the “Li Galli” islands. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

 

The second bedroom with en suite bathroom has a double bed, a satellite television, minibar, safe, cot, air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet, shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and comes with complimentary bathroom products. From the bedroom you will have access to a gorgeous terrace with a spectacular view of the sea and the “Li Galli” islands. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

 

The third bedroom with en suite bathroom has a double bed, a balcony with sea view, a satellite television, minibar, safe, air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet, shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and comes with complimentary bathroom products. You reach the bedroom from the corridor. Two cots and two children’s high chairs are available on request.

 

Ground floor (reachable via the private lift or by climbing the stairs). The outside area consists of a large terrace which surrounds the villa, decorated with flower beds which frame the various furnished outdoor areas (lounge area, dining area, masonry barbecue, and a wood-burning pizza oven).

 

The living room consists of a large and bright panoramic room with a lounge area containing a cabinet with 55” satellite television, and furnished with three elegant sofas, as well as a dining area containing a large table. The room, looking directly out over the terrace patio in front of the pool, is fitted with air conditioning, heating, and a telephone.

 

The kitchen is fitted with a five-hob gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave oven, fridge-freezer, wine rack, ice machine, dishwasher, moka pot, americano coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and other small appliances. The kitchen is also fitted with air conditioning, heating, and a telephone. From the kitchen you can access the terrace fitted with a masonry barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven. Access to the kitchen is from the living room or the terrace.

 

The fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom is spacious with a great panoramic view. It contains a double bed, a 70” satellite television, and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet, shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and comes with complimentary bathroom products.

From the bedroom you will be able to access a gorgeous terrace with sea view. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

 

The fifth bedroom with en suite bathroom is spacious with a great panoramic view. It contains two single beds, a satellite television, and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet, shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and comes with complimentary bathroom products.

Important things to know:

- For arrivals after 19:30 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60, 00 Euros to be paid at the arrival.

- Damage deposit: 2000, 00 Euros in cash or by credit card. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

- Check-in from 15:30 to 19:30.

The property is located a short distance from the beach at Cantone. Formerly an ancient fishing village, today it’s a renowned tourist hot-spot with a small centre surrounded by villas, hotels, and some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants on the peninsula. Villa Dies is a piece of paradise embedded in the Amalfi Coast, loved for its underwater caves, crystal sea, local hospitality, and the green of the surrounding coast. It is one of the very few villas to offer its guests a direct and comfortable descent towards the sea.

 

The Sorrento Peninsula borders the southern end of the Bay of Naples. The entire coastline around Sorrento was a Greek colony in the days of Magna Grecia, the legendary site of Homer's mermaids, before being conquered by the Romans as a summer playground. Since then, it has maintained its reputation as an exclusive holiday destination. It has a mild climate, beautiful views and citrus-scented air.

 

You can enjoy splendid views stretching along the bay to Naples, Mount Vesuvius and, across the water, the island of Capri. The sunset is particularly stunning from the tip of Massa Lubrense, Faro, or one of the coves below the cliffs on the edge of the promontory. On the Sorrento coast you will find hidden bays, deep caves, sandy sunbathing spots and hilltop hamlets.

 

Sorrento is particularly famous for its production of lemons, which are used to produce the famous liqueur known as limoncello, but they are also used in desserts such as sorbetto, crostata and breakfast cakes.

 

While the Mediterranean is the big attraction that Sorrento is famous for, there are also hamlets in the hills that are worth exploring. These timeworn villages retain their traditions and charm. Visit Vico Equense, which is dwarfed by the Lattari Mountains rising behind it, the village of Seiano, the whitewashed town of Priora and Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, high in the hills. Here you will find natural beauty, hiking trails, tranquillity and clean, dry air.

 

Sorrento itself is perhaps the ideal destination, as it offers the splendour of the seaside and easy access to other points of interest: you can take a train to Pompeii or Naples, a ferry to Capri, and buses or boats to the other towns on the Amalfi Coast.

LOVELYDAYS CANCELATION POLICY - GUEST

 

Standard cancellation term applied to the properties in London :
Our standard rate, best for those whose plans are unlikely to change. If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of your stay, we will refund 50% of your booking. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking.

For example, a 50% refund cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to listing’s local check in time on the day of check in, otherwise we can’t refund your booking.

For a 50% refund (except fees), a cancellation must be made fourteen full days prior to that listing's local check in time (as specified by the host) on the day the guest was expected to check in.

If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent will not be refunded.

  • Check Out
    Mon, Nov 09 11:00PM

If the guest arrives and leaves early during their stay, the nights not spent will not be refunded.




Last minute cancellation term :
Last week booking rate (any bookings before the start of your stay within a week): If you cancel up to 5 days before the start of your stay, we will refund 50% of your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking.

Cancellations up to the start of a Booking


In accordance with our standard terms and conditions for Hosts in our city, if a Host cancels a Booking, the Host is liable for all of the costs of the cancellation.

- The relocation costs of a Guest at an alternative Lovelydays property.

- The relocation costs of a Guest at a hotel if there is no alternative Lovelydays property available.


Inevitably, the earlier Lovelydays is notified of a Host Cancellation, the easier it is to find alternative accommodation for a Guest and to mitigate the costs of a Host Cancellation.

If you decide to cancel your booking up to a month before the first date of your reserved stay, we will refund 50% of the full value of your reservation already paid. If you decide to cancel within one month of the first date of your reserved stay, we are not able to refund any part of the amounts already paid for your reservation. We encourage all guests to make sure that they are fully aware of our cancellation policy prior to making a reservation.


If there is an issue with a Property that will affect a Booking including, but not limited to :

- A boiler breakdown : (no heating, no hot water)

- A bathroom or kitchen not functioning

- A pest infestation

- Construction work at the property or an adjacent property affecting the quality of the stay

- Key appliance doesn’t function (oven, sole TV)


It may be necessary to cancel a Booking and relocate a Guest or reduce the cost of a Booking or pay compensation to the Guest for the Property Issue.

Lovelydays will determine this cost.

In the case of Diplomatic issues, Lovelydays will be not able to cover any responsibility or cost, this has to be organized between guest and owner.


Owner payment policy : Owner payment will be process 30 days after guest check out. The owner payment will be not paid 6 months after payment date, in case of payment plan please contact us.

Rental Agreement

 

LOVELYDAYS RENTAL AGREEMENT


FOR PROPERTIES IN LONDON

 

This agreement is specifically incorporated by reference and made a part of the agreement between Guest and Lovelydays LTD, pursuant to which the guest has agreed to rent the property and accept the following detail during a duration of each stay.

 

  1. Security & damage deposit

The security deposit amount has to be given on the day of taking possession and will be returned back to the tenant after the departure, or may be used for the purpose of repairing damage for which the tenant is responsible for. This deposit will be applied toward any additional rent and any amounts owed for damage to or loss of the property. You will have to sign on damage deposit document at your arrival.

  1. Inventory of fixture

An inventory is establish in common and signed by the tenant and the representative of the property during your arrival and departure. Tenant will return the property to landlord in good condition. If the property is damaged while in tenant’s possession, tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair, up to the current value of the property.

  1. Home rules

During the stay in our property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply the Lovelydays home rules which can be found through Lovelydays website/and/or by other means such as email.

  1. Entry and inspection

Lovelydays LTD reserves the right to enter the Property at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection, to make repairs as necessary and for the purpose of cleaning the Property. If our team has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, we may enter the property without advance notice.

  1. Cancellation policy

No refund of any portion of the rental price shall be made and if any regal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all cost occurred.

  1. Changes to the Rental Agreement:

We may change this Rental Agreement from time to time and shall notify you of any such updates and revisions mainly through Lovelydays website.

  1. Rent Amount:

The full payment as to be paid 100% before the reservation, for a long period every month following agreement. For payment delay when you are inside the property, Lovelydays will charge 50 GBP for every 24H delay from the payment date. In case of missing payment, Lovelydays have the right to cancel your contract and remove you and your staff from the property.

GUEST HOME RULES

  • Arrival day

On the day of arrival the guests have to give us their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration. The lead guest will also need to fill out Lovelydays documents.

  • Occupancy

Guests agree that no more than maximum guests shall be permitted in the property during the stay, all of whom shall comply with the term and conditions imposed upon guest under Lovelydays policy.

  • Assistance and information

Lovelydays is available for the guests during your stay for any information and assistance you may need. We provides free service for stain removal, therefore please do not hesitate to contact us for the service and any further assistance.

  • Personal security

The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the property. Lovelydays will not be responsible in case of any disappearance, we advise the guests to always close the doors and windows when they go out.

  • Noise and residential amenity

The guests are kindly asked not to create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring Properties especially between 10pm – 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.

Moreover, guests will not host parties in the property that will be a cause of any disturbance including (but not limited to) dancing, playing loud music, and any kind of entertaining.

  • Pet allowance

Pets are allowed only with the permission of the property. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed. The guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

  • Weapon

It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the property.

  • Smoking

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the property. Therefore the use of tobacco, including smokeless tobacco products, and legal smoking products are prohibited.

  • Departure day

On the day of departure the guests have to leave the property before the check-out time. The guests have the obligation to leave the property in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
